Background
While working as an electrician for a local sign company, Fred Lester recognized the need for a company to provide sign support services (installation, electrical and maintenance) for smaller sign shops and out-of province companies.
In 2003, he created CGL Signworks to meet that need, using his 20 years of experience in electrical and sign work to offer quality services to local and out-of-province clients.
CGL's services complement those already available locally. Our buisness is sign installation and maintenance. We install your signs when you need it, and we do it safely and efficiently.

Eighty-five percent of our business is quality sign installations and maintenance, and we are the trusted name for sign servicing in Newfoundland.
Other companies provide installation only as an add-on to sign manufacturing. At CGL Signworks, we are the installation specialists.
